STORE POLICY

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• Orders generally require 4–5 days for preparation and packaging.

• Additional or customized packaging may be available at an extra charge.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable. We accept online payments through the payment options provided at checkout.

• Delivery generally takes approximately 6–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier.

• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered processing or customization, cancellation may not be possible.

• For rose preservation/customized preservation, customers must send the required items to us after confirming the customization. Additional charges may apply.

• Shipping charges may apply separately depending on the product, package size, weight, and delivery location
